Potential salary range for this role is $36,400-$52,000 annual salary. All workstation areas will be maintained in a neat and orderly manner.Inspect and document in-bound raw materials for conformance.Support the calibration of gaging and equipmentPlace non-conforming product on hold and create non-conforming recordsConduct quality inspection on rework productWork on validation projects as neededManage retains of production and validation projectsProvide training and development for other Quality InspectorsUpdate Quality Inspection requirementsCreate Job Packets and manage device history recordsParticipate in Material Review Board activitiesConduct full layouts on part componentsLeads the team in the execution in daily priorities in the labRequirements:Experience with ANSI Sampling PlansAbility to read and write in EnglishKnowledge of measurement instrumentation (Caliper, Micrometer, Ruler, Gage Blocks, etc.)Experience with automated and manual inspection equipment is a plus (CMM, OGP, etc.)Experience with material analysis is a plus (i.e. FTIR, Melt Flow Testing, etc.)Experience with ISO 13485 processes is a plusAbility to read prints is a plusKnowledge of Microsoft word and excel
