Sales Associate - Spencer's

Sales Associate - Spencer's Hourly rate ranges from $10.75 - $11.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include: Contest Prize Awards, 401K Plan with Company Match, Employee Assistance Program, 30% Merchandise Discount. All bonuses, awards and benefits are subject to qualifications and eligibility. Maintain Guest Services per company standard. Support Store Management by generating sales. Conduct housekeeping, merchandising, signings, pricing, POS operations. Ensure loss prevention in adherence to all company policies and procedures. Minimum age requirement: 17 years. Physical demands: climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
