Client Services Coordinator - Remote

We are looking for an organized and service-oriented Client Services Coordinator to assist clients with questions, requests, reservations, and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates professionally, and enjoys coordinating information while helping clients navigate available options.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients regarding questions and service requests
- Gather information about individual needs and preferences
- Research appropriate options and solutions
- Coordinate reservation and service requests
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Review details for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with providers when additional assistance is required
- Maintain organized client records
- Provide follow-up regarding outstanding requests
- Assist with updates and changes
- Build positive client relationships through consistent communication
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Customer-focused and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client requests
- Comfortable researching information online
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to learn new systems
- Strong time-management skills
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required
