Join Our Team as a NICU Registered Nurse!

Job Description:

- Are you ready to make a lasting impact on the tiniest patients?
- As a Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to NICU patients.
- Utilize your expertise and the Nursing Process to ensure safe delivery of care in accordance with state Nurse Practice Acts and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate your critical thinking skills and scientific judgment while anticipating patient needs and planning effective care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities in line with the education and experience of your team.
- Provide direction and supervision to nursing staff delivering compassionate patient care.
- Bring your passion for making a difference in the lives of newborns and their families!

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in NICU.
- Prior travel nursing experience is essential.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, STABLE.
- Local candidates will not be considered.
