Registered Nurse - RN - LTAC

Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse LTAC RN in Indianapolis Are you an experienced RN with LTAC or STAC experience looking for a change? Our LTAC Nurse enjoy: * Competitive Pay - $39-42/hr * Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance - 13-week Contract, Both Day and Night shifts available. * Professional development opportunities, including CEUs and online training * Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University * Bonus Opportunities - Contract Completion / Referrals As an RN, you will: * Manage and coordinate individualized care plans for LTAC patients. * Assess patient conditions and monitor treatment progress. * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers. * Advocate for patients and facilitate communication among all parties. * Ensure proper documentation and compliance with standards. * Coordinate discharge planning and care transitions. * Educate patients and families on care and health management. * Optimize use of healthcare resources. * Participate in quality improvement and staff education efforts. A few must-haves for Case Manager Nurses: * Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana * 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility * Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team * Must be able to remain calm under pressure * Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly * Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility Why join Interim HealthCare Staffing?
