We are immediately hiring for 1st Shift Warehouse Team Leads . Candidates  must have at least 1 year of warehouse and leadership experience , along with  strong forklift experience in loading/unloading import and export freight . Experience weighing and properly loading trailers for safe road and ship transit is required. This position requires someone with a solid understanding of warehouse logistics and forklift operations.

This role will be responsible for managing a team of 25 associates. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong computer skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Shift Information:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM ($20.50/hour)

Candidates must be flexible, as shift start and end times may vary. Overtime and Saturday work may be required.

Job Responsibilities

• 1+ years of warehouse and leadership experience required
• Experience with loading/unloading, import/export operations, and logistics flow preferred
• Experience leading, training, and coaching warehouse associates
• Ability to monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members
• Experience in a fast-paced production or distribution environment preferred
• Ability to perform general labor duties as needed, including lifting, loading, and unloading materials
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
• The warehouse is a high-traffic area, and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focused.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs solo and up to 150 lbs as a team
• Abides by company safety rules.
• Performs all other general labor duties assigned
• Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions.
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Non-climate-controlled building

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Able to Lift 60 pounds
• Drug Test
• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.50 - $20.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
