Licensed Therapist / Counselor (Hybrid) - Full-Time

Join a collaborative and supportive behavioral health team dedicated to providing high-quality, trauma-informed mental health care. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Therapist/Counselor to provide counseling services to individuals across a wide range of ages and mental health needs. • Job Type: Full-Time

• Schedule: 35 hours per week

• Work Setting: On-site.

• Provide individual counseling services to clients with diverse mental health concerns.

• Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and multidisciplinary team members.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of care.

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.

• License eligible or currently licensed (LPC, Provisional LPC, LGSW, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and professional ethics.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems and standard computer applications.

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

• Familiarity with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma-informed practices.

• Passion for continuous learning and integrating new therapeutic approaches.

• Strong self-awareness, professionalism, and commitment to self-care.
