Firefighter

Serves as fully trained member of a firefighting crew engaged in the protection of life and property where large quantities of fuel products are stored.

Serves as a member of a fully trained structural firefighting crew engaged in the protection of life and property will respond to alarms and combat fires requiring the full performance of firefighting tasks.

Serves as a fully trained member of a crash rescue crew engaged in the protection of life and property from crashed and burning aircraft.

Administers emergency care and treatment for illnesses and injuries of occupational and non-occupational origin for soldiers, dependents, government employees and visitors.

Performs alarm room watch on a rotating basis, which includes monitoring fire and rescue radios, automatic alarms, emergency and administrative phone lines and ADP equipment.
