What We're Looking For We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Supervisor to oversee agency work on assigned accounts and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will establish VML as a leader in the business, helping to achieve clients’ marketing objectives and managing income results for the agency. In this role, you will manage and evolve the Client Engagement team on your account in partnership with a cross-functional team to better deliver results. What You’ll Do Supervise all work, providing oversight and guidance on current work Contribute to the development of long-term account success and growth by participating in client engagement plan development and execution Drive execution and measurement of final plan, ensuring proactive through leadership and MIP initiatives are carried out Maintain expert knowledge of client’s business, category, and competition Build and maintain client and partner relationships Participate in key client meetings including VML presentations, client briefings, MRL reviews, strategy sessions, agency day, and cross agency partner meetings Deliberately focus on development of direct reports, models desired work outputs and behaviors Regularly inform Director, Client Engagement on business status, including escalation as needed Effectively develop and disseminate strategic direction across internal cross-functional teams Be comfortable working in and leading integrated agency relationships Lead integration efforts across multi-channel engagements Who You Are and What You Bring Five or more years of relevant client or agency experience (focusing on strategy, innovation, and an entrepreneurial approach to building brands) Experience with marketing (traditional and/or digital) focusing on multi-channel campaign development and strategy Previous experience working on a pharmaceutical or health account preferred Familiarity navigating healthcare and client submission processes/platforms considered a plus Familiarity with all facets of interactive campaign and macro strategy development What You’ll Need Proven experience in client engagement and account management Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities What we offer Passionate, driven people|We champion a culture of people that do extraordinary work Competitive benefits|What we offer full time hires ranges from the full spectrum of group health coverage options (medical, dental, vision) to a generous 401k match (100% dollar-for-dollar match, up to 5% of salary contribution), and a variety of paid time off offerings that reflect our investment in all aspects of your overall life balance and wellness Growth-minded opportunities|We aim to nurture a culture of real-time feedback, growth-oriented mindset, and plenty of training opportunities through VML and WPP, so you can continue to grow personally and professionally We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
