The hours for this opportunity are 11:45am - 8:15pm. The pay range for this position is $17.50 to $17.94 per hour.
Summary: An administrative role requiring knowledge of all aspects of the day to day operations of shipping and receiving.
Essential Duties:
- Process transfers to and from outside warehouse
- Cross reference and verify transfers (keeping inventory accurate)
- Troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory (quantity and lot numbers)
- Maintain contact with outside storage
- Make appointments via email or phone
- Check in/out drivers
- Process Bills of Ladings via X3
- Basic filing skills
- Processes BOL's from outside storage
- Knowledge of common logistic verbiage
- Communicate internally & externally
- Dependable
Requirements:
- 2-4 years in an office setting
- Investigate inventory/lot issues via X3 & websites
- Strong attention to detail
- Create transfers to outside storage
- Allocate and validate orders
- Understanding of shelf life
- Strong knowledgeable computer software *computer friendly*
- Communicate internally & externally
- Process transfers "materials"
