We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Operations & Marketing Manager to help drive operational excellence, improve internal systems, support financial workflows, and enhance our brand presence and customer experience.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, improving processes, and contributing directly to company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain CRM systems, customer records, and maintenance contract data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, payroll coordination, and cash flow management
• Oversee website updates, ecommerce activities, and brand marketing materials
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate tasks, and streamline business operations
• Manage operational processes, including invoicing, purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, and recurring revenue tracking

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (ConnectWise experience is a plus )
• 3–5 or more years of experience in operations, office management, business administration, marketing coordination, or related roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test

Schedule /Shift :

• Monday – Friday, Every other Friday off
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary :

• $60k (DOE)
• Medical, Dental & Vision
• Quarterly Bonus & Profit Share Program
