Technical Support Analyst

Employment: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to join a global professional services organization in San Francisco. This individual will serve as the primary onsite IT resource for a smaller office while providing remote support across multiple U.S. locations. The ideal candidate is technically strong, polished, professional, and comfortable providing white-glove support to employees and senior executives. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite desktop and technical support, along with remote support across multiple offices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues. Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams. Assist with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and mobile device management. Support conference room AV equipment, Zoom, and video conferencing technologies. Manage support tickets, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution. Provide high-touch technical support to executives and employees. Collaborate with remote IT teams on escalations, deployments, and technology improvements. Qualifications 3–5+ years of desktop support, help desk, or IT technical support experience. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Mac environments. Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams. Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, and mobile device management. Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi. Experience supporting laptops, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and ITIL practices. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and provide professional, white‑glove executive support. Preferred Experience Experience with Jamf, Zoom, Polycom, or Neat. Background supporting professional services, consulting, financial services, or corporate environments. Experience working with geographically distributed IT teams.
