Front Desk Receptionist

Hourly Position

This hourly position reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager and is responsible in providing excellent customer service over the phone and to any walk in customer traffic. Receive and process mail and package delivers and assist different needs to departments in the building. Essential duties and responsibilities duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist walk in customer traffic
• Respond to customer emails
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the correct department
• Answer questions customers may have regarding their account
• Process mail and package delivers received and deliver to the appropriate departments
• Order supplies for Support Center and keep track of building needs

Secondary duties and responsibilities: Assist the AR Department payments and with other tasks as needed Assist BOL and Cardlock as needed
