Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling operating room procedures and serving as the primary receptionist and liaison between physician offices and the facility. This role includes managing all tasks associated with routine patient encounters and performing essential clerical duties. In addition, the Scheduling Coordinator supports the Clinical Director by helping coordinate the daily flow of surgical procedures to ensure efficient operations throughout the facility.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Experience in the operation of a surgical suite, preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, preferred

Work Schedule:

Hours will vary between 6:00AM - 2:30PM or 6:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday - Friday. Will be able to leave early every other Friday.
