The Project Manager - Commercial will:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial construction projects to meet client requirements.
2. Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion within allocated resources.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
7. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
8. Lead project team meetings to ensure alignment on goals, tasks, and milestones.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:

• Experience managing commercial building and construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets and schedules.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes within the construction industry.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
