The 52,000 square feet has 7 procedure rooms, 21 prep/recovery rooms, a chapel, ambulatory space for gastro-intestinal health care, an inflammatory bowel disease clinic, a hepatology clinic, a motility lab, education space and administrative offices. This role will care for the endoscopy patient during pre-op, procedure, and recovery process./ppLocation: NEW FACILITY! Kathryn Ann Meinders Health Institute (off W Memorial Rd)/ppShift: Full Time (40 hours/week)/ppSchedule Options: 5 8s (M-F 8a-4:30p or 10:30a-7p) or 4 10s (M-F 8a-6:30p with a set day off)/ppCall Requirement: Occasional nights and weekends with a 30-minute response time/ppOverview:/ppUtilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
