Senior Health & Benefits Consulting AnalystWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Phoenix and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.As a Senior Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst, you will work closely with the team in the strategy, design, implementation, and administration of client companies' health and welfare programs. Managing the RFP process, crafting client communications, and collaborating with internal teams and external carriers will be key to driving successful outcomes.
