Strategy & Projects Manager - SPX Express Department Level Experienced (Individual Contributor) Location Manila Job Description: Manage operational excellence projects through coordination with internal and external stakeholders Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring projects' impact Design and document operations process flow to support operations Benchmark and analyze competitors' processes and recommend improvement for internal processes Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent At Least 3-5 years experience in Project Management preferably in the same industry Preferably has knowledge in SQL, Tableau, Python or other programming languages is a plus Great track record of successful project and data management is required Preferably with logistics or route planning experience Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
