Master Data Analyst

Seeking a Master Data Analyst to manage customer master data, ensure accuracy, meet SLAs, and support cross-functional teams with reporting and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update master data with high accuracy
• Meet SLA timelines for account setups and changes
• Monitor data quality and compliance standards
• Analyze data and generate KPI/reporting insights
• Resolve issues with sales, finance, and customers
• Perform root cause analysis (SAP S/4HANA & MDG)
• Support process improvements and workflow management

Requirements:

• High school diploma (some college preferred)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of A/R processes
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and self-driven
