HVAC Service Technician

We are hiring HVAC Service Technicians to provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on technical and investment decisions while making service calls in their homes. Responsibilities: Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations. Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers. Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence. Test each system after service or repair has been completed. Perform a proper inspection of the system. Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers. Accurately complete all paperwork and invoices. Provide customer leads to sales team. Qualifications: Completion of an HVAC trade program or HVAC field experience greatly preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills a must! High school diploma or GED required.
