Join Our Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Resident Driver and Make a Meaningful Impact on the Lives of Our Residents!

• Full Time

Civita Care Center at Milford is now hiring a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver! As the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver you will be responsible for the following:

• Taking Residents to and from appointments 

• Assisting residents during appointments 

• Communicating with colleagues taking messages and pass on information

• Provide guest service that meets or exceed company standards.

• Assisting DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents' medical needs.

• Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or Holidays

• Able to work AM or PM Shifts as decided by Management weekly as needed basis to cover vacations and Call outs 

• Able to work as CNA if needed on Floors

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards residents, colleagues and guests.

• "Resident and Guest First" approach.

• Previous front desk reception experience preferred

• Experience in scheduling transportation appointments a plus
