What You'll Do

As a Restoration Technician, you'll work with an experienced team to restore damaged properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Respond to water, fire, and other property damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and restoration work.
• Set up, operate, and monitor restoration equipment.
• Prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Load, unload, and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
• Identify and report safety hazards and job site concerns.
• Provide professional, respectful customer service.
• Work with your team to complete projects safely and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in restoration, construction, maintenance, demolition, or cleaning is a plus.
• IICRC certification is preferred but not required.

Previous restoration experience is not required. We're willing to train the right person!

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces.
• Perform repetitive bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
• Safely handle cleaning products, materials, and restoration equipment.
