Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Join an integrative non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio (outside of Toledo). Suburban community offering a high quality of life, affordable housing, and good school districts.

Join a collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians. Currently 3 Pediatric providers. Support patients with wellness check, immunizations, sick visits, and sport physicals. Outpatient practice; no inpatient service. Average 25 patients p/day. Light call required: 1:3. Cerner EMR. 

Requirements:

• Board Certified: Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
• 2 years pediatric experience
• OH license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary to $130K
• Uncapped productivity incentives to $20k annually
• Signing bonus to $10k
• Relocation assistance to $5k (negotiable)
• Significant loan forgiveness
• Generous PTO (6 weeks including holidays)
• CME ($3500 annually)
