Benefis Health System, a premier health system in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking an outpatient consultative MFM subspecialist to join its obstetrical team. This role supports a large regional health system covering a 15-county area across central Montana, providing comprehensive care in a brand-new standalone Women's and Children's Center. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a patient-focused environment with robust specialty support and advanced facilities.Practice InfoOutpatient practice located in a brand-new standalone Women's and Children's Center dedicated to full spectrum women's and children's care.Patient care spaces feature private reception area, welcoming exam rooms, 2 dedicated ultrasound rooms, and large procedure rooms.Current Women's Health team includes 4 OB/GYNs, 1 MFM, 1 Urogynecologist, 1 office-based midwife, 3 nurse practitioners, 2 RDMS sonographers with fetal echo certification, and a genetic counselor.Level II maternal center with 1500+ deliveries per year; practice averages about675 deliveries annually.Level III NICU staffed with neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, nursing, and respiratory therapists able to care for 23 weeks gestation and above.Labor and Delivery has 19 LDRP rooms, 5 high-risk antepartum rooms, and 2 operating rooms with 24/7 in-house CRNAs.CompensationNationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonusesGenerous sign-on / relocation bonusAnnual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues5-7% retirement match + 457b programPaid malpractice + tailBenefits8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME)Physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional developmentMonthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadershipRequirementsJ-1 waiver sponsorships for specific specialties with established immigration council.
