Property Accountant

Manage accounting functions including cash management, payroll accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes Prepare monthly reporting packages and quarterly reporting schedules Prepare consolidated trial balances, financial statements, account reconciliations, and financial schedules Record intercompany transactions, confirm balances, coordinate information with intercompany counterparts, and process quarterly cash settlements Prepare ad hoc IRS filings, business and property tax filings, and governmental data surveys Ensure timely submissions to local and federal agencies Ensure compliance with US GAAP, company policies, guidelines, and internal controls Support the Director of Accounting and other operational leaders Perform ad hoc projects Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics 3+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, or investment banking Experience with tech, software, or semiconductors is a bonus Proficiency in Excel and financial software Knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and company policies Detail-oriented and numerically focused Teamwork-oriented personality Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing accounting functions, including cash management, payroll accounting, and compliance with US GAAP.
