The Role We’re seeking an experienced Seasonal Floor Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team at Napolita. This hands‑on leader will train, motivate, and manage staff to guarantee smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences in a busy, high volume setting. Responsibilities Supervise and develop FOH team members to deliver exceptional hospitality. Manage guest flow and reservations using tools like Toast POS. Assist GM and AGM in meeting labor, inventory, and budget targets. Hire, train, and onboard new staff to match service standards. Ensure food safety, compliant alcohol service, and venue safety. Oversee ambiance, music, lighting, cleanliness, and maintenance. Uphold service excellence during peak hours. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or food service. Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry standards. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse FOH team in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with Toast POS preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (scheduling & reporting). Strong problem‑solving skills and quick decision‑making ability.
