Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with 2‑5 years of experience to join the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves supporting regulatory, compliance, and advisory matters related to employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements. Duties Support regulatory and compliance matters involving employee benefits. Provide advisory services on executive compensation arrangements. Assist with EBEC transaction support. Advise on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and health and welfare plans. Contribute to plan design, administration and compliance obligations. Requirements Experience in employee benefits compliance and regulatory matters. Ability to interpret and apply ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and related guidance. Strong legal research and writing skills. Ability to manage multiple matters in a team-oriented environment. Education: JD from an ABA‑accredited law school. Certifications: Active member in good standing of the bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted; timely admission to the bar of the state where the hiring office is located.
