Payments Product Manager, VP

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 7+ years of experience in enterprise product, technology, or transformation roles.
• We have 5+ years leading large-scale organizational change across 25+ teams in matrixed environments.
• We have a proven track record of applying structured methods to deliver measurable business outcomes, not just outputs.
• We are literate in AI products and can assess model performance, evaluation approaches, bias, drift, and failure modes.
• We can break down workflows and define clear human, AI, and joint steps with sound reasoning.
• We are fluent in organizational analytics and can interpret process mining, ONA graphs, and adoption telemetry.
• We understand how AI-related changes affect 3LOD, model risk management, and regulatory obligations in financial services.
• We have strong senior stakeholder management skills, including coaching executives through ambiguity and AI knowledge gaps.
• We communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and can facilitate working sessions with 5-50+ participants across executive and frontline audiences.
• We have scaled agile delivery experience and are comfortable operating within SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks.
• Preferred: Prosci ADKAR certification or equivalent.
• Preferred: Agile coaching credentials such as SPC, CSP, or ICP-ACC, and/or org design credentials.
• Preferred: Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, or other regulated financial services.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, or internal model risk standards.
• Preferred: Experience building change communities of practice or change champion networks.

• We partner with senior leaders to define the business outcomes Merchant Services owns and turn them into a transformation agenda.
• We identify the highest-value opportunities and apply AI, automation, and operating model changes to drive measurable results.
• We prioritize and sequence initiatives based on business value and the organizations capacity for change.
• We own the end-to-end adoption strategy for new capabilities, from leadership alignment through frontline behavior change and reinforcement.
• We diagnose adoption barriers using data-led methods such as telemetry, surveys, process insights, and ONA where applicable.
• We define and manage success metrics that link capability rollout, behavior change, and business impact.
• We redesign workflows for effective human-AI teaming, including handoffs, escalation routes, and control points.
• We work with risk, compliance, and controls to embed 3LOD, model risk, and regulatory requirements into new operating models from the start.
• We lead organizational design changes needed to sustain the model, including roles, skills, spans of control, and role creation or retirement.
• We coach and support senior sponsors with clear narratives, communications, and translation of technical performance into adoption and business implications.
• We build transformation capability through training, labs, coaching, and change champions, while managing a backlog and portfolio-level change load oversight.
