Automotive Parts Manager

Infiniti of Akron is seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team in Akron, OH. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management and exceptional customer service to support our automotive service and sales teams. Responsibilities Manage the ordering, receiving, stocking, and selling of automotive parts and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory records and control parts stock levels to meet service demands. Provide expert knowledge to customers and service staff regarding parts availability and specifications. Supervise and train parts department staff to promote high performance and excellent customer service. Collaborate with service and sales departments to facilitate smooth operations and timely parts delivery. Monitor departmental budgets and sales goals, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Requirements Previous experience in automotive parts management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory systems, and supply chain processes. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Proficient in using computer software for inventory and sales management.
