Preventative Maintenance Tech

Okie Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Preventative Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that machinery and equipment operate smoothly by performing regular maintenance and inspections. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work hands‑on with various equipment and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery according to schedules Inspect machinery to identify wear, malfunctions, or potential issues Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical problems Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Order and manage replacement parts and supplies Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist with emergency repairs as needed Requirements Prior experience as a maintenance technician or related role preferred Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and blueprints Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Good communication skills and team‑oriented attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Willingness to work overtime or emergency call‑outs when necessary Valid Driver’s License required Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM Pay Rate 15.00-18.00 DOE Overtime: Required as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
