H&M Sales Advisor - Concord Mills

About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products and support customers with needed information. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give relevant details for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill & care, presentation, and help maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same; a typical day will include the following responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available. Engage customers with conversations to enhance their experience. Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store. Promote and sell our products effectively. Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively at all times. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team. General Information Keep up‑to‑date with the fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and influencers. Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers. Team & Development Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues. Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store. Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other. Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, training, and courses relevant to your role and future development. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care. Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice and processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms. Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines. Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Maintain best practice for in‑store OMNI services and technology tools. Support opening and closing of the store. Follow all health, safety, and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities. Who You Are Passionate about fashion and everything we create in‑store.
