HVAC Lead Installer

Pay rate range for successful HVAC installers is dependent on your experience- Successful Installers get paid hourly plus bonuses‑ $40K to $100K per year. Key Responsibilities Install HVAC equipment with precision and care to meet customer satisfaction Ensure customers’ homes are protected and work is done cleanly, safely, and efficiently Submit job‑related photos using Measure Quick for 100% quality control Collect all necessary signatures and outstanding balances, ensuring smooth project completion Educate customers on the proper operation of their new system Report key metrics after installation, including static pressure, refrigerant charge, and amperage draws Callback rate of less than 3% 100% accuracy in Measure Quick and invoice submissions A customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher Completion of work within the allocated time and adherence to Goettl’s high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and appearance Picture‑perfect installations that meet municipal code requirements Requirements Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth . 2 years of HVAC field experience‑ required Must have EPA Certification (Level II or Universal Certification) or ability to obtain within 60 days Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand and crawl for prolonged periods of time Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces. Must have a valid driver's license and two years’ satisfactory driving record Must be over 18 Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening for safety Ability to pass a background check. Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights & weekends) Preferred High School or better. 3 years of progressive work history with few gaps and progressive responsibilities.
