RN Homecare - Private Duty Nursing

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, focusing on patient assessment, care planning, and implementation. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to evaluate patient needs, initiating and adjusting care plans, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient responses. The role involves responding to changes in patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare providers, and providing education and discharge planning as needed. Qualifications include a current RN license, health certificate, BLS certification, and PPD or Chest X-ray. One Year Of Prior RN Experience Is Preferred. Skills required: strong clinical assessment, medication administration, care coordination, and communication skills.
