Job Summary: As an IT Support Specialist at West Shore Home, you will provide Tier I technical support for employees across the organization. You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, device provisioning, ticket triage, and resolving common hardware, software, and access-related issues. Key Role Accountabilities: Provision, modify, and deprovision accounts in Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Perform password resets, account unlocks, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) resets, and licensing updates. Maintain accurate asset lifecycle tracking in EZOffice for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Triage incoming IT support tickets and assign, elevate, or resolve according to SOPs. Resolve Tier 1 issues involving device configuration, connectivity, software installation, and printer set up and support. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving.
