Team Members assist with daily park operations, including guest services, attraction monitoring, cleaning, and helping ensure a safe and exciting environment for our guests. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor attractions to ensure safety rules are followed
- Assist guests with questions and provide directions around the park
- Maintain the cleanliness of attractions, seating areas, and common spaces
- Work with team members and management to ensure smooth park operations
- Follow all Urban Air safety procedures and company policies
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality

We hire Team Members starting at 14 years old in accordance with Tennessee child labor laws . For applicants ages 14-15 :
- Work hours are limited by Tennessee state labor laws during the school year and summer months.
- Because of these limitations, most available shifts will be on weekends .
- Additional restrictions may apply regarding late evening hours and total hours worked per week.
- Applicants must have a State-Issued ID or Drivers License
- Applicants must have a Birth Certificate or Social Security Card
- Part-time positions available
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred
- Flexible scheduling based on availability and park needs
- Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Friday 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Sunday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
