Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager leads process optimization, efficiency improvements, and waste reduction across the manufacturing facility. Using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem-solving, this hands-on role builds scalable, cost-effective production systems and influences site culture without initial direct reports. Drive site-wide operational excellence to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost. Facilitate Lean tools, including value stream mapping, 5S, SMED, DMAIC, and Gemba walks. Implement standard work, visual management, daily routines, and KPI dashboards. Analyze production data to identify chronic loss drivers and optimize line performance. Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to reduce downtime, minimize material waste, and support product scale-ups. Train and mentor site personnel in Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving. Apply root cause analysis (4M, Fishbone, 5 Whys) to close performance gaps and manage process upgrades. Report project outcomes, financial savings, and performance updates to site leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
