Intern - Industrial Engineering page is loaded## Intern - Industrial Engineeringlocations: Tulsa, OKtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR101535**Job Description:**Support Manufacturing Engineers in developing production solutions and maintaining documentation to meet team goals.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Assists in manufacturing engineering tasks like fixture design, cost reduction, and quality control, with support and direction.* Conducts process capability studies for various manufacturing processes with guidance.* Contributes to projects related to 6S, equipment, and production line flow under supervision.* Updates and enhances plant layout drawings with guidance and assistance.* Performs other assigned duties under the mentorship of the manufacturing engineer.**Education and Experience Requirements:**Intern must be currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program.Minimum of 4 semesters of manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering, preferred.Experience with CAD software, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge is a plus.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.* Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills.* Exhibits good decision-making and analytical problem-solving abilities.* Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.* Works effectively in a team environment.**Work Environment:*** Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.**Disclaimer:**Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
