United Cerebral Palsy of the Inland Empire seeks a Human Resources Generalist to provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle in Palm Desert. You will partner with managers on staffing, onboarding, training, leave management, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with California and federal laws.
