Mortgage Division Support Specialist - Onboarding

Education LevelHigh School## DescriptionAnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full-Time ***Divisional Support Specialis***t to provide daily support and mentorship to new and existing Branches and Sales personnel within the AnnieMac division at the direction of EVP of Divisional Sales by having new branches fully supported for up to 60 days, as well as existing branches who add Sales employees. Support the Division and Company's growth goals and ensure loans are being originated to the quality standards of AnnieMac. The ***Divisional Support Specialist*** job duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:* Provide daily support to all divisional employees in new branches for up to 60 days.* May be required to attend round tables and meetings with prospective new branches.* Provide support for sales from file started milestone to Processing.* Oversee and Support the No Deal Left Behind Program for the Company* Consistent feedback to Training and Development, EVP of Divisional Sales and Division Leadership, such as but not limited to: branch sales and operations, progress, action items and training needs.* Feedback and coaching to loan officers to strengthen file quality.* Soft hand off to manager(s) once branch is released.* Provide loan-level support.* Training and coaching via in person, or remotely.* Pipeline management.* Work hand in hand with the Divisional Sales Managers* Assist with onboarding via in person, or remotely## Qualifications* High School Diploma or equivalent.* Minimum 3 years' experience processing loans.* Previous Mortgage Sales or Branch exposure preferred.* Must have a thorough knowledge of processing requirements for all loan products; knowledge of Company Processing procedures is preferred.* Ability to use of Microsoft Office applications.* Strong knowledge of TRID and RESPA.* Encompass experience preferred.* Strong attention to detail.* Ability to communicate effectively to all organizational levels.**Work Environment/Physical Demands:** Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.AnnieMac Home Mortgage offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental and vision plans, along with voluntary benefits, including 401K.***\*\*\*AnnieMac Home Mortgage participates in E-Verify*\*\*\******\*\*\*AnnieMac Home Mortgage is an Equal Opportunity Employer*\*\*\*** #J-18808-Ljbffr Myunify
