Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
Maintain knowledge of all kitchen station assignments, including fries, breading, and food prep.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary inventory.
Stay updated with new products and adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Consistent and reliable with a cheerful, positive attitude.
Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
Willing to work a flexible schedule and able to lift and carry up to 20-30 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods and work well independently or in a team.
