Medical Science Liaison, Cell Therapy Autoimmune (CTAI) - Florida

Territory Location: Field - Florida Responsibilities Identify, establish and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Act as primary liaison to investigators interested in investigator-initiated research Develop and execute geography-specific Field Medical and KOL Interaction plans based on therapeutic area objectives and KOL needs Partner with other BMS MSL teams to achieve CTAI objectives and goals with rheumatologists and hematologists Support patient education initiatives as a subject matter expert on BMS pipeline and investigational therapies Provide clinical presentations and information in response to unsolicited questions (as appropriate) in academic and healthcare provider settings (group and one-on-one) Collaborate with Clinical R&D to enhance patient enrollment in BMS-sponsored clinical trials by identifying trial sites and engaging participating investigators Provide scientific support at National, Regional and Local medical congresses/meetings Capture and provide timely feedback/insights to internal stakeholders regarding the cell therapy and autoimmune treatment landscape for strategy development Skills / Knowledge Required Terminal degree in medical science (PA-C, DNP, Pharm D, M.D., or Ph.D.) required 3-5 years clinical or research experience in cell therapy or an autoimmune disease OR 3-5 years as an MSL in cell therapy or autoimmune disease landscapes Cell therapy or rheumatology experience strongly preferred Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Current working knowledge of U.S. legal, regulatory, and compliance regulations/guidelines for industry interactions with healthcare professionals Ability to partner and maintain relationships within the medical community Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills Ability to translate scientific/clinical data into understandable, valuable information for physicians Compensation Field - United States: $168,220 - $203,837 Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available (based on eligibility) Final compensation decided based on demonstrated experience Benefits Health Coverage: Medical, pharmacy, dental, vision Wellbeing Support: BMS Well-Being Account, BMS Living Life Better, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Financial Well-being and Protection: 401(k), short- and long-term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, supplemental health insurance, business travel protection, personal liability protection, identity theft benefit, legal support, survivor support Paid Time Off (examples): flexible time off for U.S. Exempt employees; 160 hours annual paid vacation plus national holidays for certain roles; additional eligibility-based time off including paid sick time, volunteer days, leaves of absence, and Global Shutdown #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
