Hair Stylist

Tired of building someone else's book while your paycheck stays flat? At Sport Clips Carmel, you walk into a full chair on day one. We bring the clients. You bring the skill. The pay follows.

What you'll make

• $26-$35/hr - you're never working for commission alone
• Tips (our guys tip well - you'll see)
• Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate (that's when the money is)
• Star Level pay bumps: hit your numbers and your hourly rate goes up, permanently, at every level - Rising Star, Star, All Star, MVP, Platinum
• Quarterly Team Bonus: more $/hr for everyone when the store hits its goal
• Paid training, flexible scheduling, no double-booking, no chemical services, no 12-hour days

Why stylists stay here

• Busy from your first shift - Sport Clips is the #1 men's haircut brand in the country, and our stores stay full
• Men's cuts only. Fast, focused, and fun. Master the fade, own the MVP experience, go home on time
• A real career ladder: stylist ↛ assistant manager ↛ store manager ↛ area manager. We promote from inside first
• Sports on every TV, a team that actually likes each other, and a manager whose job is to help you win

What we're looking for

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license (or graduating soon - we'll wait for you)
• You like people and you like clippers
• You want to be measured - because you're good and you want to get paid for it
