Tax Manager (Hybrid) — Murfreesboro, TN

Pay: $125,000 – $155,000 + bonus potential

Get in early and help build a practice. A growing Middle Tennessee CPA firm is hiring a Tax Manager with a real path to partnership. Hybrid, with most summer Fridays off.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and review individual, partnership, C-corp, S-corp, trust and nonprofit returns
• Lead planning for business owners and their related entities, especially construction and nonprofit clients
• Supervise, train and mentor tax staff and seniors
• Serve as primary client contact and handle IRS and state correspondence
• Help shape the firm's systems, culture and growth

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
• CPA preferred; MST a plus
• Construction contractor or nonprofit experience preferred
• CCH Axcess or similar software
