Job Responsibilities: Checking patients in, discharging patients, invoicing Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments Answer phone calls which may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email Update and scan patient charts Enter data into computerized billing program Retrieve prescriptions and food Assist with pet supply purchases such as food, supplements, and grooming items Maintain the cleanliness of lobby, entrance way, exit way, hallway, and exam rooms Preparing next day's appointments Returning phone calls to check on patients Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periods Retail sales Other duties as assigned by doctor, practice manager, and/or leads/supervisors Skills / Qualifications: High school diploma or relevant education and work experience Customer service Organizational skills Tech savvy Team oriented Communication skills Benefits: Competitive base pay plus revenue share bonus program!
