Maintenance Technician

Repairs and maintains all plumbing, drains, piped systems, pumps and valves. Installs some new plumbing and fixtures during minor renovations. Monitors and verifies work performed by contracted plumbers/mechanical contractors. Works independently.

Journeyman or city plumbing license

Back flow preventer certification
