Job Details Location: Flagstaff, AZ 86001 Salary: $20.00 Hourly Forest Highlands Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Server Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members and guests. Essential Functions Customer Service Assist in all Food & Beverage operations Provide prompt, polite, and professional service to members and guests Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the appropriate uniform Ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe environment at all times Operations Complete assigned duties to support and enhance member service Follow and complete daily checklists and assigned tasks Maintain flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Responsibilities Assist Supervisors and Managers with projects as needed Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations Qualifications Requirements High school diploma, GED, or at least two years of high school education Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to pass a background check Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Ability to multitask during busy service periods Reliable and dependable #J-18808-Ljbffr FOREST HIGHLANDS ASSOCIATION
