Compensation & Benefits Pay: Starting at $21 hourly, based on experience (Location Specific Hourly) + weekly, monthly contests and incentives. Weekly, monthly, quarterly contests and spiffs. Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay. Paid training (online or at home via computer or mobile device). Partial mobile data plan reimbursement. Opportunities for continued program work and advancement. Schedule Thursday – Sunday (four 10‑hour shifts). Work Location: Katy, TX. This position requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and submission to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Daily travel to multiple stores and occasional overnight assignments may be required. Responsibilities Drive Sales Growth: Effectively promote Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets. Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at Best Buy locations. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure an excellent experience for end‑consumers through retail partners by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service. Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating Best Buy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices. Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives. Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications Drives Results: Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment. Influences Retail Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong relationships with Best Buy store leadership. Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Transportation: Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted.
