HVAC-R Service Technician

We provide 24/7 emergency service and preventative maintenance to maximize our clients’ system performance. What You’ll Do Service, repair, and install commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Use diagnostic tools to identify system issues and complete repairs. Handle refrigerants in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Travel for jobs as needed (per diem + hotel provided). Participate in an on‑call rotation. Use EMS software to access customer control systems remotely. Utilize mobile devices to log work orders, hours, and diagnostics. Navigate dispatching software, email, and online resources. Maintain a professional appearance at all customer locations. Perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or technical college preferred). Minimum 2 years of HVAC or refrigeration experience. EPA certification (or ability to obtain). Valid driver’s license. Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods. Strong communication and technology skills.
