Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Cath Lab Scrub Tech to support a short-term coverage of a vacation shift. The role involves assisting during interventional procedures within the Cath Lab/EP specialty, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the cath lab for scheduled procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and organized.
• Assist cardiologists and technologists during invasive cardiovascular procedures by passing instruments and devices.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols throughout procedures.
• Monitor patient condition and assist in post-procedure cleanup and equipment sterilization.
• Document procedure details accurately and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Cath Lab Tech certification or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate previous experience assisting in cath lab or electrophysiology procedures.
• Possess strong understanding of sterile techniques and cardiovascular instrumentation.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
