Responsibilities: Assist asphalt paving crews on commercial, municipal, and residential projects Rake, lute, shovel, and compact asphalt materials Support paving equipment operators and screed personnel Perform site preparation, cleanup, and traffic control duties Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely Qualifications: Construction or paving experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals Experience running screed is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work well with a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We Offer: Steady, full-time work (OT available) On-the-job training and growth opportunities Capital Blue Cross Medical Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance and STD 401K with a Company Match After Eligible for Company Bonus Program Paid Time Off Pay: $23.50/hr to $34.00/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday + OT as needed, occasional weekends Location: Jobsites located within a 75-mile radius of Blandon, PA If you're ready to build something solid—apply today and get on the ground floor of a long-term career.
